He will share his insights and lessons learned on the art of winemaking and leadership. As an entrepreneur, Russell has launched multiple wineries from scratch and built them into thriving businesses. 

Host David Peterson will share color commentary on the wines as well as insights on parallels between artisanal winemaking and leadership development, in particular highlighting the importance of challenge and adversity in creating character and depth in both wines and leaders.
