The Assessment LEC Committee is pleased to announce a call for submissions for the 2026 SIOP Leading Edge Consortium: Assessment in a New Era, to be held October 1–2 at the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel. The LEC is a single-track conference that brings together approximately 200 professionals in the assessment field.
Historically, the program has featured only invited speakers presenting leading-edge applied research and practice. This year, we are excited to broaden participation by inviting proposal submissions and by introducing a new poster session.
How to Submit
If you are interested in presenting a poster or talk, please complete the form below no later than March 16.
Submission Guidelines
- We welcome submissions for both posters and individual talks (i.e., other session types such as panel and symposia will not be considered).
- Submissions that primarily promote a specific product or company will not be considered.
- All submissions should be tailored to applied assessment practices in workplace settings.
Review Process & Notification
The LEC Committee will independently review and rate all submissions based on quality, applicability to practice, and impact on the assessment field. Notifications regarding acceptance will be sent out approximately late April.
