The Guests / Spouse registration is a courtesy offered by SIOP which only permits an individual to accompany a regular conference registrant to receptions and the Exhibit Hall. The “Guests/Spouse Registration” is NOT for individuals who would otherwise need to pay for a full registration, including former members, employers, I-O faculty, students or practitioners or anyone planning to attend sessions. Additionally, all presenters are expected to be paid registrants of the conference per the Call for Proposals, found here. The Guest Registration fee is $150.
With prior approval from SIOP's Administrative Office, the Guest registrant may also receive limited access to one or two sessions (e.g., attendance at the Opening Plenary or a session to see a spouse’s presentation). Please contact siop@siop.org regarding this request.
To register a large group of attendees for the conference OR to pay for someone else's registration:
1. Request that attendees create an account on the SIOP website. They will need this account to access the conference materials, schedule, and networking on the Conference app.
2. Each attendee must fill out the registration form completely, up to the point of the Shopping Cart, where they can just abandon the page. Each attendee must agree to our privacy policy and answer personal questions on the registration form.
3. Once this form is filled out for each attendee, we can accept payment from a group administrator/payer. We accept government P cards, checks, and credit cards for payments.
4. To receive a group invoice, please send names and email addresses of all attendees and the events being registered for to siop@siop.org. For questions about this process, please call 419-353-0032.
Early registration rates end Thursday, February 24, 2022 (at midnight EST).
Regular registration rates begin to apply Friday, February 25, 2022.
Conference Registration:
Conference registrants canceling their registration on or before April 8, 2022, will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less an $85 administrative fee. Note that individuals who register for the in-person but can no longer attend the in-person may switch to the virtual registration and receive a refund of the difference in fees, so long as that is also done on or before April 8. If you switch registration types then you are subject to the current rate at the time of switching. No adjustments will be provided after April 8.
No refunds are available after April 8, 2022
All cancellation requests and questions must be emailed to Jamie Keblesh at jkeblesh@siop.org.
