All sessions for the 2027 SIOP Annual Conference will be conducted in-person from April 14-17 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, MD. No virtual or hybrid sessions will be offered this year. Please confirm with all speakers for your proposed session to ensure that they can meet the requirements for the in-person sessions (see below) prior to submitting.
For Accepted Proposals for
In-Person Sessions
- All accepted session speakers must have a paid registration to attend the conference.
- All accepted session speakers must deliver their presentation in person.
- All session types will be presented from April 15-17 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center.
- SIOP is unable to provide honorariums, discounts, or waive registration fees for speakers involved in accepted peer-reviewed sessions or posters. All speakers for peer-reviewed sessions or posters must be paid registrants of the conference in order to attend and present.
