Welcome to the 2026 SIOP Consortia
The Consortia Committee is thrilled to invite you to attend an opportunity to invest in your I-O psychology career at the 2026 Consortia. If you are unfamiliar, the consortia are pre-conference sessions with content designed to support the development of students and early career I-O psychology professionals (both academic and applied). They are wonderful experiences that connect you with other I-O psychologists, help you learn more about areas pertinent to your career interests, and plan for the next steps in your career. The consortia are tailored to diverse stages of professional development and interests. The four tracks are Masters, Doctoral, Early-Career Faculty, and Early-Career Practitioner.

This year, ALL four consortia (Master’s Consortium, Doctoral Consortium, Early Career Faculty Consortium, and Early Career Practitioner Consortium) will be in person on Wednesday, April 29. There will be one virtual networking session preceding the in-person event.
Each consortium is specifically designed to meet your learning, networking, and professional growth needs at your current career stage. The content below provides more information about each consortium from its co-chairs.
