All sessions for the 2026 SIOP Annual Conference will be conducted in-person from April 30 - May 2 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA. Virtual sessions will not be offered this year and there will be no hybrid sessions (i.e., all presentations will be given in-person). Please confirm with all speakers for your proposed session to ensure that they can meet the requirements for the in-person sessions (see below) prior to submitting.

In-Person Sessions
- All accepted session speakers must have a paid registration to attend the conference.
- All accepted session speakers must deliver their presentation in-person.
- Submission organizers are strongly encouraged to provide session presentation materials (e.g. slides, pdfs) to SIOP by April 15, 2026. SIOP will provide a web-based link for uploading materials which will automatically be loaded into the conference app for use by SIOP attendees. The requirement to provide materials is intended to increase the accessibility of presentations for attendees
