The People Analytics LEC Committee is pleased to announce a call for submissions for the 2026 SIOP People Analytics LEC Conference, taking place September 30 – October 1 at the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel. This single‑track gathering will convene approximately 200 leaders, researchers, and practitioners working across the People Analytics ecosystem.
Historically, the program has featured invited speakers sharing leading‑edge applied research and practice. This year, we are excited to broaden participation by inviting proposal submissions and by introducing a new poster session.
How to Submit
If you are interested in presenting a poster or talk, please complete the form below no later than March 16.
Submission Guidelines
- We welcome submissions that draw on rigorous methods, innovative approaches, and cross‑disciplinary insights. We encourage contributions from diverse academic fields including and beyond I/O Psychology such as data science, AI, computer science, economics, and other related social sciences.
- Submissions that primarily promote a specific product or company will not be considered
- All submissions should be tailored to applied people analytics practices in workplace settings
Review Process & Notification
Submissions will be reviewed independently by the committee and evaluated based on relevance, quality, methodological rigor, innovation, and potential impact on the People Analytics field. Acceptance notifications will be sent in late April. Fully completed presentations are due August 24, 2026.
