proposal. Members who are eligible to submit proposals received their
username and password in an e-mail message from the Administrative Office. If you need

1. All submissions must be done online.
2. New Content Areas: Ethics/Values in I-O Psychology,
Occupational Health Psychology, and Teaching I-O Psychology
3. Two New Session Formats
a. Education,
Teaching, and Learning Forum
An education, teaching, and learning forum
provides an opportunity for individuals to share knowledge, ideas, research, and
applications with regard to education, teaching, and learning in organizational
sciences and related areas. More

b. Interactive Poster Sessions
This
year, SIOP will explore a new, interactive poster session format. Posters will be chosen for these sessions by the Program Committee
and clustered around a single topic. More
information.
4. Shorter Session Times: Session
lengths will be shorter because the conference will be held in two hotels.
Regular poster sessions are scheduled for 75 minutes. Interactive poster
sessions are scheduled for 45 minutes. All other SIOP sessions are 45 minutes
long, 75 minutes long, or 105 minutes long.
