2016 Post-Conference Wine Tasting Tour

The Grapeline Presents a Wine Tasting Adventure

Sunday, April 17, 2016
Cost: $125/person

Registration for the tour will be available as a part of regular conference registration, which opens in December.

9:30 Depart Hilton Anaheim bus loading area on Hotel Way

11:30 Arrive Leoness Cellars

  • Enjoy a tour of the wine-making facility at the gorgeous Leoness Cellars – a winery that’s known for its exceptional service and focus on quality estate-grown wines.
  • Leoness Cellars boasts the reputation of being Temecula Wine Country’s only winery offering 100% estate grown wines.
  • Be sure to try the 2006 Cinsaut Dessert Wine that has been aged in small French oak barrels for thirty-four months. This wine is soft and decadent throughout the palate with a silky lingering finish.

12:45 Depart Leoness Cellars

1:00 Arrive Cougar Vineyards and Winery

  • Sip and savor over lunch prepared by Sangio’s Deli. Select a 3-ounce pouring of select red or white wine to accompany your delicious lunch.
  • All of Cougar’s wines are produced onsite from Italian varietals such as Sangiovese, Pinot Grigio, Montepulciano and many others. With over 19 varietals to try, you’re bound to find something you love here (and maybe even a bottle or two to take home!)
  • Cougar Vineyard is a favorite among Grapeline guests. This hidden hot spot on the back roads of wine country offers a laid back atmosphere, Italian wines, and some of our favorite views.

2:30 Depart Cougar Vineyards and Winery

2:45 Arrive Doffo Winery

  • Nestled on the Northeast border of the Temecula Valley sits Doffo Winery. Founded in 1997 by Marcelo Doffo, it is one of a few micro-boutique wineries in the region and the only one built around the former site of a Temecula historic landmark schoolhouse.
  • Enjoy your casual wine tasting at Doffo Winery and house of “Vintage Motorcycle Art Collection”.
  • Famous for exquisite, handcrafted reds, Doffo is focused on small lot, limited production wines made in the old world style.

4:00 Depart Doffo Winery and return to Anaheim

5:30 Arrive Hilton Anaheim bus loading area on Hotel Way
