Early Career Practitioner Consortium

We're glad you are interested in registering for the 2021 SIOP Virtual Early Career Practitioner Consortium (ECPC).  The discussions will be 100% virtual and will be conducted prior to the beginning of the 2021 SIOP Annual  Conference.

Participants will start their development journey by completing the Hogan Personality Inventory, donated by Hogan, prior to the ECPC. They will have the opportunity to join a debrief session, hosted by Jessie McClure (Consultant, Hogan Assessment Systems) during the week of April 12, to learn how to put their assessment results into action.

The cost to register is $150.  You must be registered to attend the annual conference in order to register for this event.

We look forward to connecting with you during the following sessions.

The APD program is sponsored by CodeSignal.  Per APA Standard G, SIOP declares that there is no other commercial support nor conflict or interest for or with  this program.

The video you are about to see tells the story of three highly skilled individuals who were all getting lost behind their resumes because their backgrounds were not representative of their true skills and potential.  While assessments are a fairly well-studied topic among I/O psychologists, their true power to democratize opportunity and even the playing field for countless talented individuals out there is often forgotten in the I/O community.  As you watch this video, think about the role that well-researched and validated assessments are going to play in discovering, developing, and promoting talent for current and future generations to come.  -- Tigran Sloyan, Co-Founder & CEO, CodeSignal
