About Virtual Booth Spaces
Virtual booths will be available for attendee access before, during, and after the conference. All in-person booths at the conference also will receive a complimentary virtual booth space on the conference platform (mobile app and web).
Virtual Booth Space is only $1,495.
If you are unable to host a booth at the in-person conference, consider maintaining your brand visibility with the SIOP audience by hosting a virtual booth.
Note: that unlike an in-person booth purchase, which includes a complimentary registration to attend the in-person conference, a virtual booth purchase does not include a complimentary registration to attend the in-person conference as a benefit. Virtual educational programming will not be offered in 2026.
Virtual Exhibitor Checklist & How to Set-Up Your Virtual Booth on the Platform:
- Logo
- Contact Information, such as Web URL, Email, Phone, HQ City & State
- Designated Contact Person (preferably someone at the in-person conference)
- Best Practice to Track Prospects: Rather than using your generic home page URL, add a unique link to your organization's website. This will allow you to track how many attendees visited your website. If you want to know who they are, ask them to provide you with their email to receive a gift or a discount off your products and/or services.
- Organization Description
- Product or Service Description
- Product or Service Flyers (PDFs) and Photos
- Gather leads by hosting a contest or raffle in your physical booth. The attendee must leave a business card or fill out a brief form with their name, organization, and email to compete for the prize. Let them know when the drawing will be, e.g., date and time.
How to Use the Virtual Platform to Market Your Organization:
- When the conference platform opens, SIOP will send an invitation to pre-registrants to download the mobile app (or log in to the platform’s website) to create their personal conference profile. It may take a few days for most of the profiles to be created. Most attendee profiles have been created by the first day of the conference.
- Exhibitors also will be invited to create profiles on the conference platform.
- Profiles can include (or exclude) the following: a recent photo, full name, job title, organization, geographic information, and professional and personal areas of interest.
- Use the search engine to find attendee profiles that meet your prospect profile.
- Reach out through the platform to every matching attendee. The outreach is person to person.
- Welcome them to the conference and invite them to visit your in-person or virtual booth, or invite them to a private event that you are hosting.
- Arrange meet-ups with individual attendees, in-person or virtually. Invite them to meet you for coffee.
- Ask attendees to "like" your virtual booth. "Likes" will tell you the name of the attendee who liked you. Once you know their name, please reach out to them through their profile. SIOP cannot provide you with a list of attendees that liked your virtual booth.
- Pose intriguing questions or leave comments on the platform’s Community Board.
- Post articles in the Article Sharing area of the Community Board.
