WED., APRIL 29-EXHIBIT HALL MOVE-IN:
8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Central Time
If possible, please plan to have your set-up team arrive in New Orleans on Tuesday, April 28, or before 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 29.
ALL BOOTH SET-UP MUST BE COMPLETED BY 4:00 p.m. WEDNESDAY!
THURS., APRIL 30 EXHIBIT HALL HOURS:
8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Central Time. Concession lunches will be available.
FRI., MAY 1 EXHIBIT HALL HOURS:
8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Central Time. Concession lunches will be available.
FRI., MAY 1 EXHIBIT HALL MOVE-OUT:
5:00-7:00 p.m. Central Time.
SAT., MAY 2:
NO BOOTHS. Exhibit Hall is closed until 2027.

Each exhibit booth purchase includes:
- pipe & drape (black)
- one (1) draped table (white top, black skirt)
- two (2) chairs
- one (1) wastebasket
- one (1) ID sign
- one (1) complimentary full-conference registration
(One per booth regardless of size. This type of registration includes educational sessions, conference receptions, meals, and breaks.) - up to four (4) exhibit hall-only badges per 10 x 10 space for booth staff
(this type of registration is intended for staff members who plan to set-up the booth, work in the booth, and pack-up the booth. It does not include attendance to educational sessions, conference receptions, conference meals or coffee breaks)
Carpet: The Exhibit Hall is not carpeted. Carpeting or flooring is required for all booths.
Booth Selection & Ordering Process
How to Order
Sales will be final once an invoice is issued. Invoices must be paid within 30 days of receipt. If an invoice is not paid, it may be subject to cancellation. If you order after March 2, 2026, then your invoice must be paid by April 1, 2026. Orders after April 1, 2026, must be paid by credit card immediately.

- Indicate up to three preferred locations by booth number in the email in case your first choice is no longer available.
- Booths are not immediately assigned. SIOP reviews all booth preferences and considers the date the order was placed, the level of partnership support, and prior partnership history when making booth-assignment decisions. Attempts will be made to honor requests for preferred booth locations, but it may not be possible.
- Although we share our planned location for features in the exhibit hall, such as main entrances, coffee breaks areas, the SIOP Commons, and the poster sessions, it is possible these locations could change due to state and local legal requirements, venue requirements, and/or fire and safety restrictions or to meet adjustments to conference plans.
