Lisa Boyce

Lisa Boyce is the director of Behavioral Science Information Technology Applications Research at the United States Air Force Academy. She is the recipient of the 2004 Center for Creative Leadership Kenneth Clark Award and 2005 SIOP Rains Wallace Award for her research on leadership development.  Lisa’s research focuses on leadership training and development, including leadership coaching, leader self-development, and military leadership with a particular interest towards the application of technology.  She has over 50 research publications and presentations on related topics. Lisa is a member of Academy of Management, the American Psychological Association, Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and Military Psychology.

Dr. Boyce has over 20 years of applied I-O psychology teaching, consulting, and coaching experience for the United States and Australian Military as well as private and non-profit organizations. Lisa is currently residing in the UK collaborating on e-coaching initiatives both locally and globally.  Lisa earned her PhD in I-O Psychology from George Mason University, MS in I-O Psychology from St. Mary's University, and  BS in Psychology from the United States Air Force Academy.
