Exhibiting at SIOP 2016

The SIOP Annual Conference provides an excellent opportunity to showcase your organization to the industrial-organizational psychology community. The exhibit hall will be open Thursday, April 14, and Friday, April 15, 2016. The exhibit space will be in the third floor ballroom of the Anaheim Convention Center and it is carpeted. Each exhibit booth purchase includes:

  • 8’ deep x 10’ wide space separated with pipe & drape
  • Skirted table
  • Two chairs
  • Wastebasket
  • Sign
  • One free full conference registration
  • As many exhibit-hall-only registrations as needed


Exhibit Booth Types

End Cap Exhibit Booth – 4 available

  • Two 8’ x 10’ booths grouped together in a prime location and facing outward from the aisle (either towards the entrance or towards the poster sessions, depending on location)
  • Price is $2,500 per 8’ x 10’ booth, for a total of $5,000 for one 16’ wide by 10’ deep End Cap
  • Booth numbers eligible to be End Caps are 202/301, 214/313, 502/601, and 514/613

Premium Exhibit Booth – 14 available

  • One 8’ deep x 10’ wide booth situated in a prime location
  • Price is $2,300 per booth
  • Booth numbers for this type are 302, 401, 402, 403, 404, 405, 406, 409, 410, 411, 412, 413, 414, and 501

Standard Exhibit Booth – 50 available

  • One 8’ deep x 10’ wide booth located in run of exhibit hall
  • Price is $2,150 per booth

Exhibit Booth Selection

The exhibit booth selection and assignment process is as follows:

  1. During the initial week of ordering (late August/early September), organizations ordering booths indicate their preferred booth locations, but no booths are immediately assigned.
  2. After this brief period, booths are assigned to organizations that placed an order, with preference being given based on level of partnership support for 2016 as well as historically.
  3. Once the initial assignments are complete, booth sales and assignments transition to a first come, first served basis until the exhibit hall is sold out.

All attempts will be made to honor requests for preferred booth locations, but it may not be possible. Although we will share our planned location for features such as food and beverage breaks and posters, it is possible these locations could change due to venue requirements or fire and safety restrictions.
