William A. Owens Scholarly Achievement Award
is an annual award given to the author(s) of the publication in a refereed journal deemed to have the greatest possibility to significantly impact the field of I-O psychology.  The publication must be relevant to I-O psychology and can appear in any journal as long as it is refereed.
