Registrants, if you have not yet done so yet, please make your hotel reservations immediately. Since we have passed the room reservation deadline at the InterContinental, you should call Pam Henuber, group reservations coordinator, directly at (816) 303-2934 to receive our special group rate.
There are several special events in Kansas City that are causing the hotel to fill rapidly. Rooms on some nights are selling out at the InterContinental.
If you are unable to book your desired stay at the InterContinental, we have arranged for rooms at the Raphael, a very nice hotel just across the street. You must call the hotel directly to make your reservations. The Raphael’s number is 800-821-5343. Rates are $139 for a standard room (few available) and $159 for a suite.
