Leaetta Hough

Dr. Leatta Hough received her doctorate in I-O psychology with concentrations in Differential Psychology, Measurement and Personality from the University of Minnesota.

She was a founder and Executive Vice President of Personnel Decisions Research Institute. She later founded The Dunnette Group, where she currently focuses her energies. She has extensive expertise in the development of staffing, training, and performance management systems. She is co-editor of the four-volume Handbook of I-O Psychology and lead author of the personality chapters in both the Comprehensive Handbook of Psychology and the Handbook of Industrial, Work & Organizational Psychology.  She is also the lead author of the most recent personnel selection chapter in the Annual Review of Psychology as well as author or co-author of more than 200 technical reports, questionnaires, tests, inventories and manuals. She has also served as president of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is the general chair of the Leading Edge Consortium.
