Computerized Adaptive Testing

Presenters: Robert Gibby, Mike Fetzer, and Rod McCloy 

Computer adaptive testing programs are gaining increasing use as a means for administering high quality assessment tools in an efficient manner to a global applicant pool.  The development and implementation of CATs on a global basis is not without challenges.  This session will feature a panel with experience in implementing CATs – Robert Gibby of Procter & Gamble, Rod McCloy of HumRRO and Mike Fetzer of PreVisor.  Each will provide brief observations on the challenges and rewards of using CATs across cultures, followed by ample time for audience questions.
