Paul Bly

Paul Bly is Vice President, Talent & Development, Legal for Thomson Reuters. In this capacity he leads and supports a variety of talent, recruiting, development and culture initiatives, focused on the Legal business unit. Current priorities for Paul include talent acquisition, evolving the culture in the Legal business unit, enabling more effective career development, building capability to manage high performance, and encouraging the movement of talent across organizational boundaries.

Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Paul was a consultant at Personnel Decisions International where he worked on projects involving the alignment of human resource investments with organizational strategy. Other projects included facilitating HR strategy sessions, designing and delivering training courses and assessment centers, and conducting research on personality and assessment tools.

Paul has a Ph.D. and M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University, and a B.A. from Texas Lutheran University.
