Registration Deadlines

Early registration rates end Wednesday, February 20, 2019 (at midnight EST)

Regular registration rates begin to apply Thursday, February 21, 2019

Late registration rates begin to apply Thursday, March 21, 2019

Cancellation/Refund Policies

Conference Registration

Conference registrants canceling their registration on or before March 20, 2019 will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less an $85 administrative fee.

Conference Placement Center

No refunds are available for this service.

Friday Seminars

Cancellations occurring on or before March 20, 2019 will receive a refund less a $25 administrative fee per seminar.

Workshops

Cancellations occurring on or before March 6, 2019 will be refunded, less an $85 administrative fee.

Cancellations occurring between March 7, 2019 to March 20, 2019 will be refunded 50%.

Brewery Tour

Cancellations occurring on or before March 20, 2019 will be refunded.

Please note: Refunds are not available after March 20, 2019.
