SIOP Speed Mentoring Event Provides Support to Practitioners Early in Their Careers

Early-career practitioners will be given a golden opportunity to engage with more experienced I-O colleagues to obtain career guidance and practical tips on navigating common I-O work-related challenges at the SIOP Speed Mentoring event April 13, 2023, from 1:00 to 2:30 PM EST.

What is Speed Mentoring?

Speed Mentoring is a free 90-minute virtual event on ZOOM. Early-career practitioners will actively engage with senior I-O leaders in two separate 30-minute, small-group discussions. This is an opportunity to ask questions about career development, learn tips on navigating common challenges in talent management, and build connections with colleagues in the SIOP community.

Who Should Participate?

This session is intended for early-career practitioners who have graduated from their graduate programs and have less than 5 years of applied experience.

Practitioners must be registered to attend the 2023 SIOP Annual Conference either virtually or in person to participate in this event. The deadline to register is Friday, March 24, 2023.

Continuing education credit is not available for this event.
