The meeting rooms of the Hyatt Regency Chicago are divided into two towers. The registration desk and exhibit hall will be in the East Tower.

The main route that attendees will take to get to the registration desk, opening plenary, session rooms, and the exhibit hall is down an escalator from the lobby to the Concourse Level. They will take a second set of escalators to the Ballroom Level. At the bottom of the escalators, they turn right into a hallway leading them to the Ballrooms and Registration Area. The exhibit hall will be one more escalator ride down to the Riverside Center.
