How can stories be used to engage teams, inspire action, and generate results? Discover the techniques on Thursday, February 16 during Stories That Move Us, the next installment of the SIOP Work Smart Series. Based on their highly rated SIOP Annual Conference workshop, Christine Boyce and Mitch Gold will discuss the importance of storytelling and how to use it strategically to influence culture within your organization.

  • Identify at least two arguments to include in a business case for storytelling as an important influence strategy.
  • Construct your own personal narrative (1 story) using the steps learned in this program for creating powerful personal narratives.
  • Identify at least one situation in which it is appropriate to implement a storytelling development program.
  • Explain the process of building a culture of storytelling in your organization.
