This interactive learning program is designed for practitioners, consultants, and leaders at all levels who are navigating the realities of virtual and hybrid work. As organizations continue to rely on distributed teams, understanding what enables effective leadership at a distance has become both a practical necessity and an important area of focus for I‑O psychology. Building on established leadership science, this session highlights how virtual contexts amplify the need for clarity, intentionality, and relational connection. Participants will explore evidence‑based frameworks, current research, and real-world case examples that illuminate how to build trust, demonstrate presence, coach performance, and sustain engagement across dispersed teams. The workshop emphasizes actionable strategies that attendees can immediately apply in their consulting work or day‑to‑day leadership practice.
