Dr. Adam J Strang is the Biotechnology for Performance and Demonstration Product Line Lead at Air and Space Biosciences Division, Human Effectiveness Directorate, Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. He manages a $42M research and development portfolio and has extensive experience in research design, data management, and government-industry collaborations.

Dr. Strang has a PhD in Cognitive Psychology, certification as an Athletic Trainer, and key skills in neurocognitive assessment, scaled data architecture, private & government partnerships, government grants & contracting, private technology investments, inferential statistics, and go-to-market product transitions. He spearheaded the development and transition of a cloud-based data management system for tracking warfighter performance, now utilized by over 100,000 Service Members across all service branches. He has also authored over 90 peer-reviewed scientific publications and presentations. Prior to his current assignment, Dr. Strang was Product Area Lead for Human Performance Optimization, Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.
