Adam T. Klein is the managing partner of Outten & Golden, where he represents workers and consumers in the prosecution of class and impact litigation that seeks to address systemic discrimination in the workplace and in other contexts. Adam served as a Co-Chair of the Executive Committee of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law. He is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and previously served on the Advisory Board of Cornell University’s Labor and Employment Law Program and the Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution. Adam received his undergraduate degree from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University, and his law degree from Hofstra University.
