Dr. Amber Burkhart is a Strategic People Partner at Valmont Industries, a global manufacturing organization. She partners with operations leaders to align people strategy with business priorities, focusing on embedding data-driven people practices that support both employee experience and business performance in a complex manufacturing environment.
Previously, Amber served as Director of Talent and Data Analytics at Valmont, where she led the organization’s talent analytics and assessment strategy and helped leaders translate people data into actionable insights across the employee lifecycle. Prior to Valmont, she worked with BetterUp, Hogan Assessments, and SHL, supporting organizations in implementing evidence-based talent and leadership practices.
Amber holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University and is an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), where she has served on and led multiple committees.
