Andrew Samo, Ph.D., is a Senior Research Scientist on the R&D team at RHR International, a global leadership consulting firm, where he conducts AI/ ML research focused on robust, scalable solutions for automating high-stakes leadership applications. Before joining RHR, he worked on people analytics and measurement science at Aon and McKinsey & Company and served as a research fellow at prosocial impact funds and NGOs. Andrew holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University, where his research focused on measuring and modeling personality, motivation, and performance. His work has appeared in the Journal of Business and Psychology, the Journal of Vocational Behavior, McKinsey Quarterly, Encyclopedia Britannica, and Gwern.net.
