Angela is the Chief Human Resources Officer for The Chronicle of Philanthropy, the preeminent source of journalism, insights, and professional development for those dedicated to the nonprofit sector. She previously served as the Senior Vice President, Talent & CHRO for Harvard Business Publishing, home of the Harvard Business Review and the Global Head of HR for Crabtree & Evelyn.
Angela brings more than 30 years of both generalist and specialist Human Resources experience. She has worked in consumer product goods, professional services, high-tech as well as nonprofits, and across the entire organization lifecycle, start-up to maturity. Angela has served on the Alumni Board of Directors for Cornell University and was an invited member of CNBC’s Workforce Executive Council. She is a strategic Board Advisor for several early-stage startups supporting the future of work as well as an active advocate for the AAPI community. Frequently found on the HR speaking circuit, her thought leadership has been featured in the Harvard Business Review and Fast Company and will be a featured contributor for two forthcoming books on leadership.
