Anthony S. Boyce, PhD, is Chief Science & Product Officer at Savo.ai and a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). Across his career, he has focused on bringing scientific rigor, practical judgment, and emerging technology together to improve how organizations solve talent and workforce challenges. Previously, he held leadership roles at Amazon as a principal scientist and at Aon as a partner leading innovation in talent acquisition and talent management.
Tony is especially known for translating big ideas into practical solutions that work under real-world constraints. His contributions have been recognized with multiple honors, including the M. Scott Myers Award for Applied Psychology. He is active in the broader I-O community through publication, presentation, and professional service. He holds a PhD, MA, and BS from Michigan State University.
Outside of work, Tony happily spends most of his time with his spouse, Christine, and their young daughters, Sadie and Adelyn.
