Anthony S. Boyce, PhD, is the Chief Product Officer at Savo.ai and a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). He previously held leadership positions at Amazon as a principal scientist and at Aon as a partner leading innovation in talent acquisition and management. Tony’s work has received numerous accolades, including multiple M. Scott Myers Awards for Applied Psychology recognizing excellence in the practice of I-O psychology. Tony is actively involved in the broader I-O community through publication, presentation, and service roles, including as a current member of the SIOP Executive Board and past president of the New York Metropolitan Association of Applied Psychology.
