Ben Waber is recognized worldwide as one of the leading thinkers at the intersection of management, data, workplace, and people. He is General Manager at Revelio Labs, the world’s leading workforce analytics firm, a visiting scientist at MIT, where he received his PhD, and a senior visiting researcher at Ritsumeikan University. In addition, he advises leading technology companies, financial institutions, and governments on AI, corporate governance, management, and valuation techniques. He was previously the president and CEO of Humanyze, a workplace analytics company he co-founded based on his research, and a senior researcher at Harvard Business School.

Waber’s book, People Analytics, is an international bestseller and was published in 2013 by the Financial Times press. In addition, he frequently writes pieces for the Harvard Business Review, HBR Japan, Wired Japan, Bloomberg, and Quartz, among other publications. Waber regularly appears in many media outlets such as NPR, the New York Times, CNBC, and the Wall Street Journal.

Waber has given invited talks at some of the most essential institutions in the world, such as the UN, World Economic Forum, Keidanren, Tencent, Samsung, and Google.
