Bradley Pitcher, PhD, is a Senior Consultant and Research Scientist at APTMetrics. His work integrates psychology, AI, and data science to drive innovation in personnel assessment, work analysis, and leadership development. Over the last few years, Bradley has successfully led the transformation of traditional leadership assessment and development approaches by leveraging various AI and data science techniques. Bradley also contributes to the field of I-O Psychology and beyond through presentations at SIOP conferences, authorship of peer-reviewed articles and book chapters, and volunteer engagements with faith-based and nonprofit organizations. Bradley earned his PhD from Purdue University. There his research focused on how emerging workplace technologies are changing the nature of work.
