Carolyn oversees multidisciplinary teams of I/O psychologists, behavioral scientists, and product and engineering professionals, translating validated leadership research into scalable, practitioner‑trusted assessment solutions.
With more than 15 years across consulting, applied research, and executive leadership, her work has focused on leadership assessment, behavioral measurement, and embedding rigorous science into real-world organizational decision-making.
