Christopher Mannion is the founder of Meander, where he helps enterprise TA/HR Ops and Finance teams build decision-ready workforce planning operating systems—combining a reconciled headcount ledger, capacity/throughput planning, and governance routines that hold up in executive forums. He previously served as a senior talent leader at Wayfair, where he led talent analytics and workforce planning initiatives, translating complex operating realities into repeatable decision cadences for TA and business leaders. Chris brings a systems-and-operations lens shaped by early career experience in the UK Royal Navy’s Fleet Air Arm, where he worked in aviation/aerospace engineering roles, and by a foundation in supply chain analytics and capacity thinking. He holds a Master’s in Systems Engineering and an MBA from MIT Sloan, and his work sits at the intersection of analytics, operating model design, and practical execution—helping organizations move from “insight” to disciplined, auditable decisions.
