Christina Norris-Watts is the Head of Assessment & Talent Intelligence at Johnson & Johnson. She leads the enterprise-wide selection and development assessment strategy, oversees the organization’s skill strategy, and integrates these into J&J’s workforce and succession planning strategy. With twenty years of experience in talent assessment and management, Christina’s expertise includes assessment, test validation, psychometrics, skills strategy, job analysis, job architecture, training and development, performance management, and organizational analytics. She holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron.
