Cole Napper is the world’s first Chief People Intelligence Officer, serving at HRBench, an AI-first people intelligence platform, where he leads the effort to define and scale people intelligence as the successor to people analytics. He has spent more than 17 years building and leading people analytics and workforce planning functions at some of the world’s largest organizations, including FedEx (where he served as Global Head of People Analytics & Workforce Planning), Texas Instruments, Toyota, PepsiCo, and Grainger, as well as advising VC-backed startups and, most recently, serving as an executive at labor market data expert as the VP of Research and Workforce Intelligence at Lightcast. He is recognized as a leader in the field by communities and conferences including SIOP, The Workforce Planning Institute, and People Analytics World. He holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Louisiana Tech University.
