Damon Bryant, PhD is an Assistant Professor of Psychology in the Graduate Program in Psychometrics at Morgan State University. His areas of research include multidimensional item response theory, computer adaptive testing, and differential item functioning. Dr. Bryant is the primary investigator of a National Science Foundation grant on increasing research capacity. He also received Department of Defense cooperative agreements for innovations for automatic item generation. He has published his research in top-tier psychometric journals including Applied Psychological Measurement and Psychometrika.
