Disha Rupayana is the Associate Director, People Science Research Lead at Bristol Myers Squibb where she leads talent research initiatives that inform talent, HR program, and business decisions. Disha has led enterprise-wide initiatives in talent strategy, employee experience, and people analytics across fortune 50 companies in healthcare, technology, and enterprise services as well as generated novel I/O based solutions as part of assessment and learning startups. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University.
