Dr. Emily Solberg is a Managing Consultant for SHL and is based in the Chicago metropolitan area. She has over 20 years of experience working with large organizations in numerous industries to manage the development and delivery of assessment services, including job analysis, development of tailored and custom assessments, and assessment validation. Dr. Solberg received her Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has authored and co-authored numerous book chapters, articles, and workshops/presentations on a variety of topics. Additionally, she has been an active member of SIOP for over 20 years, consistently serving on a wide variety of committees and task forces. She is a SIOP Fellow and has held a number of SIOP leadership roles including Workshops Chair, Volunteer Chair, and Program Chair and is currently serving on the SIOP Executive Board as the Conferences and Programs Portfolio Officer.
