Dr. Genevieve Ainslie is a principal scientist at HumRRO, where she leads testing, selection, and assessment work for government agencies, professional associations, and private-sector clients. Her portfolio spans psychometric leadership for high-stakes admissions and certification exams, automated test assembly programs for credentialing organizations, and selection system design for federal law enforcement agencies. She received her M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with a focus in quantitative methods, from the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Ainslie is also an active SIOP member and recipient of the 2026 Distinguished Early Career Contributions–Practice Award.
