Greg Robinson is a Partner with Leadership Development Worldwide, LLC based out of Princeton, NJ. Greg’s professional passions include helping leaders thrive in their current and future roles and partnering with organizations to strengthen the effectiveness of their talent management practices. With a consulting foundation grounded in Social and Industrial-Organizational Psychology, his style and approach are inspired by the professional experiences and relationships he has built working globally with Fortune 100 companies to startups. He incorporates perspectives from industry and emerging research to deliver a stimulating, practical, and impactful consulting engagement.
Active in the talent management industry for over 25 years, Greg leads LDW’s Assessment Services Center of Excellence. He has designed, developed, and implemented executive assessment programs and leadership development initiatives, built leadership competency frameworks, and trained organizations to implement effective and sustainable talent management practices. His expertise includes executive coaching, executive assessment and development, and program management of senior-level talent management initiatives including succession planning, high potential programs, and talent management training. These experiences involve a range of industries, including advanced manufacturing, financial services, pharmaceutical, technology, education, retail, and transportation and logistics.
Prior to joining LDW, Greg served as Director of Solution Design and Director of Leadership Solutions at SHL after holding various consulting roles with multiple organizations. In addition to consulting, Greg worked on IBM’s Global Selection Team and taught Graduate and Undergraduate courses in Psychology, Research Methods, and Data Analysis at the University of San Francisco and the University at Albany, SUNY.
Greg has a foundation grounded in Psychology, applied to industry. He worked on IBM’s Global Selection Team and taught Graduate and Undergraduate courses in Psychology, Research Methods, and Data Analysis at the University of San Francisco and the University at Albany, SUNY. Greg earned his Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Albany, SUNY and his undergraduate degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University. Originally from Ohio, Greg now lives with his family in Princeton, NJ, where he enjoys his vegetable garden, community volunteering, and socializing with friends he runs into at the grocery store.
