Heather Flattery, CHES®, holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Public Health, bringing over a decade of expertise in association and nonprofit management, with experience spanning sales, marketing, and program management. Her skills cover communications, event coordination, membership development, sponsorship, and community outreach, making her an asset in managing SIOP’s Awards and Fellows programs and supporting the long-term success of the Diversifying I-O Psychology (DIP) initiative.
Heather lives in Sandusky, Ohio, with her husband Jim, daughter Sloane, and their rescue dog, Chibs. She enjoys sewing, travel, cooking, hiking, and recently discovered geocaching. An advocate for pipeline programs, she is passionate about creating pathways for underserved and underrepresented individuals in education and career access.
