Dr. Jerilyn Hayward is the Director of Selection Assessment & Performance Management at Otsuka (US). For more than 30 years, her work has impacted organizations through the design and implementation of a variety of high-impact Talent Management solutions, including: core competency models to unify organizational cultures, job specific skills/capabilities for selection and job leveling, selection and assessment processes to improve quality of hire while balancing the candidate experience, objective performance management practices across organizational levels, talent review/succession frameworks to assess pipeline health, employee lifecycle surveys demonstrating ROI of the employee experience to the business, custom 360 survey processes, and executive coaching programs. She has also played an active role in developing I-O professionals through 20 years of dedicated service to SIOP. Jerilyn is a licensed psychologist with a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron.
