Joseph Frank, PhD, Washington University in St. Louis & University of Missouri, St. Louis, is the Director of HR Reporting & Workforce Analytics, leading workforce analytics focused on staff and faculty trends, HR transformation, and compliance reporting across the healthcare and academic enterprises. Trained as a political scientist, Joe brings experience in web applications development, community & economic development, and as an extension faculty member. He also teaches HR, analytics and technology-related courses at WashU’s Olin Business and Continuing & Professional Studies, and at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
