Kendrick Settler leads the high-volume Selection & Assessment function at Walmart, where he oversees assessment strategy and selection research for frontline associate populations at enterprise scale. His work focuses on the design, validation, and evaluation of talent assessment systems, with an emphasis on improving hiring quality, associate experience, and business outcomes through data-driven decision-making.

Prior to his current role, Kendrick led learning and development strategy initiatives across Walmart’s supply chain organization, where he partnered with senior leaders to evaluate learning effectiveness, measure ROI, and translate workforce insights into actionable business strategies. Across his career, he has specialized in applying behavioral science, analytics, and employee research to optimize talent management practices in complex retail environments.

Kendrick holds a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Xavier University and has received recognition from both Walmart and SIOP for his applied research contributions.
