Ketaki Sodhi, PhD is Head of AI Enablement and Workforce Transformation at Moody’s Corporation. Her work focuses on building frameworks for meaningful human-AI collaboration, along with the enablement, organizational change, and measurement infrastructure needed to make AI adoption durable. Prior to Moody’s, she held roles across people analytics, talent management, teaching, and advisory at Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, NYU, and Harvard Business School’s Digital Data Design Institute. Most recently, her work spanned enterprise listening programs, AI research and product development, as well as change management at Microsoft. She holds a PhD and MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Akron and is a recipient of the SIOP Leslie W. Joyce and Paul W. Thayer Graduate Fellowship. She has served as a Foundational Advisor to Women Defining AI and publishes regularly on topics at the intersection of AI and the workforce, including in Harvard Business Review.
