Kristen Pryor, M.S., is a Principal Consultant at DCI. Kristen has over 20 years of experience developing, implementing, and evaluating human capital systems in both the private and public sector. Her primary expertise is in selection-related work and conducting complex analyses to evaluate the performance of human capital systems. A substantial portion of Kristen’s current work is focused on the evaluation and improvement of human capital systems. As an independent evaluator, Kristen identifies successes and opportunities relating to areas of risk, alignment with professional standards, and other client concerns. She has served in various board roles for the International Personnel Assessment Council (IPAC), including currently as Secretary, and has delivered multiple presentations at SIOP, IPAC, and other professional events. Kristen has published work in the Handbook of Employee Selection and Industrial and Organizational Psychology: Perspectives on Science and Practice.
