Kristin Allen, Ph.D. is the Director of Psychometrics on the Science team at SHL, with more than 15 years of experience in talent assessment. Kristin leads a team of Scientists who develop, validate, and maintain psychometric assessments. Passionate about the intersection of psychometric science, technology, and inclusion, Kristin focuses on applying rigorous research to help organizations identify and unlock the human capabilities that drive performance in AI-enabled workplaces. Kristin received her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Florida International University and was named a SIOP Scholar in 2012.
