Kristin Saboe, PhD, is a nationally recognized Industrial-Organizational Psychologist focused on driving impact through science and research at the intersection of strategy, policy, and the future of work. She currently leads the Employee Voice function at Google and is a professor at Georgetown University. Dr. Saboe’s leadership experience spans corporate, government, and military sectors. She previously led Employee Listening, Research, and Strategy at The Boeing Company, and served as a U.S. Army Research Psychologist, where she conducted applied research on performance optimization and established strategy and policy for analytics and talent management. She continues to serve in the U.S. Army Reserves and as a pro bono board member on nonprofit boards.

An expert in people analytics, organizational development, and workplace best practices, Dr. Saboe is the co-author of the book Military Veterans Employment: A Guide for the Data-Driven Leader, and many academic and practitioner publications. She is a fellow of the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology (SIOP), American Psychological Association, and Society for Military Psychology. She holds a Master’s and Doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
